Five Winds Farm practice rotational grazing. Their sheep are grass fed and grass finished, and in the winter feed on hay grown on their own farm.

About:

Sarah started growing her own food when she and her family moved onto a farm in 2018. She quickly became hooked and became a full time farmer. As a first generation farmer she has made lots of mistakes and learning as she goes!
What keeps her and the family in agriculture is the ability to see the difference they are making in the soil health, in the animals and in the people eating their food. Every year brings new challenges, but every year they see the results of their hard work get better and better!
