Aged for minimum 2 years, this certified organic goat cheddar is the perfect topper for sandwiches and burgers, or a crowd-pleasing addition to any cheese board.

This cheese is creamy, bright white, and is made in collaboration with Gordon’s Goat Dairy in Wroxeter Ontario.

Capella Meadows is a small, certified organic, family farm owned by Erik & Edda Boettcher. Erik and Edda oversee a herd of over 200 purebred French Alpine goats and use biodynamic farming principles. At Capella Meadows, Erik and Edda work hard to transform the land they farm into an organism that is self sustainable, respects the nature of their main workers (our goats) and increases organic matter and biodiversity.
