About:
Spaghetti Western is a Toronto-based pasta kitchen making fresh, handcrafted pasta the way it was meant to be made — with quality ingredients and no shortcuts. We use a blend of Conestoga eggs, locally sourced Howson semolina, and brass dies on our extruder to produce pasta with the rough, porous texture that holds sauce the way dried commercial pasta never can.
Founded in 2025 and operating out of a licensed commissary kitchen in Toronto, we're focused on bringing restaurant-quality fresh pasta to chefs and wholesale partners across the city. Every batch is made to order, traceable from ingredient to delivery.
