Julian and Emily started Stasis by selling their local-focused preserves, pickles and hot sauces at local farmers markets throughout the GTA.
Julian is a chef himself and loved finding new and delicious ways to preserve and highlight local produce, wherever possible. Emily has worked in front-of-house roles and jobs at a number of small businesses, and together Emily and Julian have curated a line of hot sauces that are sure to amplify any dish!
